Open the PDF File using Adobe Reader
If you don't have Adobe Reader, you can download it here,
Choose the "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC". It's FREE.
After download and installing the application, select the fillable PDF you want to open.
Right click on the file, then go to "Open with" and select "Adobe Acrobat" or "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC"
Fill in the fillable fields
In the PDF, there are spaces that will be fillable. Simply click on them and you can start typing in your answers.
To SAVE the document so that all the fields you filled in will also be saved, select the "File" option on the upper left.
Then click on "Save" .The file you edited will then be saved with the answers you filled in.
IF you want to save the filled document as a separate file (so that you can keep the original unedited document) then select "Save As" instead.
Then give the document a name and choose where to save it.
And that's it!
You've filled out and saved your worksheet or checklist.
