A few months ago I noticed by "little nanna naps" of an afternoon were no longer so little!
Plus, I could feel my mojo dropping, my weight climbing and my normally high energy levels, starting to tank.
Enough!
Something had to change and, like any big goal, I knew I had to approach this in a systematic way.
Not surprisingly, the process for abundance in health is very, very similar to the process for abundance in business.

I knew it was time to share my lesson with you when on 4 different occasions this week, completely unrelated people comments "Wow, you're looking great. Really healthy".
Oh, and instead of long naps every afternoon, I have so much energy I'm dancing in the office to very loud music (Florence and The Machine is my favourite at the moment).
